I usually go to this location off of TV Hwy for my oil changes. Rich and James have wonderful customer service and are very knowledgeable, I greatly appreciate their help and honesty! I always enjoy the experience that I have at this location. Thank you so much Rich and James, God bless you! :)

They were very fast and efficient so my experience was overall positive. This is, however, the second time I've asked them to please check my tire pressure as my pressure warning light was on and they failed to do so. No big deal as that's not really part of the service I paid for but they said they'd do it at the front desk so.... one other thing that I'm used to from the Jiffy Lube types is a nice report of the other replaceable hardware in the car and what it's life-span is looking like, that would certainly be nice to have.

Best mechanic experience I've ever had.

The staff kindly repaired some rubber molding that had come loose again after being repaired on an earlier visit (for no charge); plus the manager extended a kindness to me in honoring a coupon. I left happy and impressed! I feel they are honest and thorough with me about the condition of my car.

After reviewing the website, I decided to call for a quote. The guy that answered said Hi. I informed him I was calling for a quote for front disc pads replacement and possible rotor resurface and I was looking to get it done today if possible. He said oh well you gotta just come in because I don't know what you need. I mean if anything probably like $150-175.00 but don't hold me to it because we don't know what you need. I said so you can or cannot say that it's in that ball park and you don't know what kind of car or anything? He said well just come in because like I said we don't know what you need and I informed him what I'm looking for but in the end I will not visit because of his unprofessionalism.

Short notice issue, luckily it took less than an hour to fix. Worth $150 to ensure my car is starting reliably. New battery and out the door. Convenient.
