"Bad news delivered professionally " I recently came in with a used Honda I bought a few weeks back. I expected to have a few service issues, but the actual result was slightly staggering. What impressed me the most was the honesty when I was told they didn't want to take my money and work on this car. It simply would be a waste. I appreciate this honesty and even though I may have to find a new car, I feel like I can trust this shop to help me with a used car inspection. Clearly this is something I should have considered sooner.
