Great customer service. Honored a competitor's coupon. Also had a free service because I was supposed to be out of the shop in an hour and it was 3 due to a scheduling error. That really helped offset any frustration. Thanks to Robert andd staff.

Scott was very accommodating when we arrived for our scheduled oil change and requested additional services. While his schedule was full, the shop performed a tire rotation, adjusted air pressure, and repaired a damaged hose in addition to our original oil change appointment. We have been using Honest One for several months and find the service equal to the dealership we previously used.

Great service, at a great value, done in a timely fashion by super friendly & knowledgeable guys. I highly recommend for any car maintenance needed.

This shop is great! They got me in quickly for a diagnosis, and the next day I brought it it at the scheduled time, and they did exactly what was promised in the amount of time they quoted, for less than they quoted. Very nice to deal with, and I will be taking my car back there for more work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!

I have a "airbag fault" light on in my dashboard. The diagnosis was quick and efficient with reasonable price.

I was impressed with the honesty when I asked for a quote in the past so I gave them a shot on an oil change. Customer service was awesome and my car was done in 45 minutes while I waited in the nice lounge complete with computers and wifi
