Very friendly and non-pushy. They did not explain most of the notes on the Free 100 point inspection, but it told that I bought a car with suspension and drive shaft issues.

I've taken a few of my cars and truck to Honest 1 now for several years. Have been going to another great small repair shop but the price was always more and I would have to return cause issues seemed to arise needing this. Here things are done right the 1st time along with price and trust. If you're looking for a repair shop give them shot. Clean shop, good price, " owning a car isn't cheap" and trust worthy mechanic's.

I went to get my brakes worked on and was so impressed! Susie helped me and went above and beyond. She helped me apply for a cfs loan and had someone give me a ride home when I asked about bus routes. She also gave advice about the tires I needed and found good deals. Norm did the work on my car and was great about explaining what needed done and making sure I understood. I will definitely go back next time I need maintenance done. Kate was really nice driving me home. Thank you all so much.

Friendly folks here that are honest personable and quick to do an oil and filter change. Very clean bathrooms and waiting area doesn't have a spot of grease on it!

These guys are awesome! Waiting room was incredibly comfortable and I will be returning for all my mechanic work. Very knowledgable and friendly (dare I say...honest...?) and am recommending to everyone I know.
