I've written a previous review, a few years ago, and really feel the need to write another. This time, I took my roommate's car to Honest-1. She's a full-time student and was extremely wary about having me manage the process without her - especially with a shop she'd never been to. My words to her were "I know you trust me, and I trust them, so trust them - they'll do right by you". She wasn't dissapointed, her truck is running better than it was before, and the price was extremely fair considering all that needed to be done. Again, what I appreciate first and foremost about Honest-1 Stark is the communication at every step in the process. I have 2 other cars of my own that I will be taking to them soon as well. I wouldn't trust anyone other than these guys to do the job right, to communicate clearly, and charge a fair price. Their work is top-notch and I'm very thankful to have them in my neighborhood!
