I had no prior knowledge of Honest I, and I had some apprehension. I was so pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff, the service and the cost. They were so knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and it's warranty. I will be back - with confidence this time!

The repair was completed in minutes with no problems. Being charged 1 hr repair time was excessive. Probably will not return.

Scott was really nice and willing to help me and explain things to me. Scheduled two more services with them. Had an oil change done. It was a little longer than I'm used to waiting but I appreciate the thorough look over on my car while performing the service.

Under promised and over delivered. Steve and Joe handled my concerns and explained my options to me without feeling "pressure". Not knowing a lot about auto mechanics has caused my pocket book much unwanted stress. I am sure most ladies can relate! Steve spent time located a part for my 26 year old jeep which is nearly impossible. He also searched for the best value for me keeping in mind my concern for my budget. Peace of mind knowing they have my best interest in mind. The lead technician (Joe) took his valuable time to look over my vehicle and spent time discussing my options as well. No charge for his time and they help solve a huge dilemma for me. These guys are AWESOME and KNOWlEDGABLE. Thanks

Attention !!! Every time I have taken the car or truck in. The team has been very nice. The customer service is always A+. Very fair in price too. If I had taken either of my 2 Chevy's to a dealer for repair or even an oil change.....I'd be paying through the nose. This team always call to let me know if there is something else wrong. I have the choice to do or not to do. I'll be back again and again.

It is indeed a pleasure to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. So far in my 70+ years I have found only 3 shops that I could leave my car at and not have to refinance my house to pay for the repairs.
