Northwest Auto Repair

I thought it was great.. I haven't really gone to any other mechanic shop so I don't know how everyone else is! They treated me kindly. I gave my keys and sat in the waiting area with a Complementary soda. Once they had checked my suv, a mechanic took me in the back where my suv was and he showed and explained what was wrong it. I wasn't pushed or rushed to get it fixed. Overall I had a great experience. I will definitely go back.

Took notice of shop while driving by, saw oil change special and made appt. On arrival, fellow with greasy pants took vehicle for service. Used paper floor mat, but should have protected seat, as it was damaged by oil/grease. Viewed service through window and trio of servicemen on vehicle did not exude confidence or perform tasks with apparent ease. My concerns were validated, by having to intervene in order to have my air filter reinstalled after removal for inspection as tech had closed hood on my Rubicon after oil/filter service. After payment, and review of recommended services (several hundred dollars), I discovered oil splattered on hood/fenders/grill/bumper and most likely underhood as well. Manager responded and cleaned seat and wiped off exterior oil spots, but I will have to handle myself in order to get it back to prior condition. I was disappointed as I drove off, realizing that I now have work to do at additional time and expense...

Fast, friendly, and helpful, Honest1 got the job done right. Good prices, knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable waiting area... Color me impressed :)

The business was neat and clean. The guys let me know what was going on and explained everything to me. I did not spend any additional money that I didn't need t0 spend. I like that!!
