"Fast, efficient, no bull, no upsale!" I have been to many oil change businesses and I appreciate the crew at this Honest 1 location. There is no pressure to buy anything or get unnecessary services. My wife despises getting her oil changed anywhere else because she is treated as if she is stupid, if she chooses not to buy $20 wiper blades or if she simply says she will discuss a recommendation with me, her husband, but not at H-1! Anyone should feel comfortable with the service here!

We started going to this Honest One (almost 3 years ago) because it is quite close to our house. They've always been super-friendly and easy to work with, both on the phone and in the office. In those 3 years, every time I've called them, one of two people answers the phone. That kind of stability doesn't necessarily help keep my car running well, but it does mean I feel like I know these folks, and by extension, they know my car. That's a good thing on a car pushing 100,000 miles.I've had the oil changed many times, wiper blades and headlights replaced, brakes and engine serviced and even tires refilled with air, and not just free air, but full service and no charge. I recommend them without reservation.

I have to say this is the best shop I ever been too. The professional knowledge and work ethic that the employees have here is hard to find. Charlie and his guys really got the shop dialed in. from the start it was explained what will happen, I was informed during the whole process of my estimate, repair, and follow up appt. this is my 4th visit for different issues on different vehicles and I will always be a loyal customer. I never put any faith in what i read here before i went in, and i sure am glad i didnt listen to all the old negative comments. truly a great shop and awesome job, you guys keep it up !!!!!
