Friendly.$100 for a diagnostic..okay.Another $300 to find and fix problem...not okay.Especially when they say right on their "guarantee" wall that we explain everything.There was no explanation why it cost $300 to find and fix an evaporative leak.

I called on a Saturday morning to see if they could get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said yes, but give them the car for a couple hours. It took 1 hour. Great service. They remembered me from previous visits. Good people here.

Excellent service.

I took our 2014 impala in for an alignment and after the technician put it on the rack he did a pre check to verify no issues were present with wheels and tires before starting the alignment. During that check he found that the left front wheel bearing was bad and informed me. I was able to have the bearing replaced under warranty and then had the alignment completed. Good service and friendly people

Third time at the Vancouver/Mill Plain location. Each time was a great experience. They attempted to find my front-end clicking noise while I waited. We were in and out with the problem fixed in a little over an hour. They seem busy all the time which you can take as a good sign as well. I'll be back.

Needed to get my old truck through DEQ. Another company said I would need carb work but Honest 1 fixed my truck easily and affordably, with no carb work. Thank you Honest 1 for doing what you said. And yes, my old truck did go through DEQ just fine.
