"Outstanding!" Thanks to an outstanding warranty policy, they replaced my part that was faulty from the manufacture after verifying that it wasn't some other issue that caused it to fail. Very thorough and truly concerned for my situation.

Well this was an experience. Called in earlier to see how much the price was to change tires. They quoted and I said I will let them know. Hours later we pull up and I talked to the office and they remembered who I was from the phone. I asked how long it will take to change them and if the price is still the same, which it was. He said it will be done before 4 pm. So I left to consult with my wife. Came back in and he said, "You know what, I will have it done before to 2 pm." We got excited and thanked him, since this was our first time using them. They did an amazing job. Fast and professional. They were done by 1:18 PM! He even recommend some nearby places to go eat. :)

Professional Courteous Service Karl Konstantin is professional, courteous, and honest. His explanations are clear, direct, and accurate. He relates to customers with empathy while handling his responsibilities to Honest-1. I remain a loyal customer. I will look for opportunities to refer the service.

"Friendly and Helpful People" I had an overheating alarm on my car on a Friday (of course). I had a positive experience with Honest-1 before so I gave them a call, fully expecting that I wouldn't be able to get my car in until Monday. They had me bring the car in and it was fixed and ready to go that afternoon. The waiting room is small, but they have maximized the space with TV, Computers, free sodas & coffee, and even a play area for children.

Honest 1 has become my go-to shop for auto repairs in Portland. I've never been upsold anything, it's always fast and reasonable. These are seemingly rare things in the auto repair world. Which is why, when my work asked me to get a truck serviced for them, I took that to Honest 1 as well. Good people. (Oh, and I never rate anything five stars, so this is pretty much a top rating.)

Drove 500 miles for an event, only to have to get my car towed here. They were great and reasonably priced. people were super nice, too. Missed the event, but got out with my car running fine.

"up front, honest, and quality work" I have brought a couple of my cars in and I feel their name says it all. The milwaukie shop guys I feel have always given quality work at very reasonable pricing. Since I came in I never felt they were conducting any type of shady business. That has earned my business. They are honest about the severity of your vehicles condition and are never pushy. I don't care to go anywhere else.

Dustin said he took two vehicles in on the same day and they finished in half an hour. They were quick and they left his vehicles clean. For the first vehicle he took in he posted a review on Yelp. He will take another vehicle to be serviced.
